Policies

 Due to the nature of the remapping service it is the customers responsibility to make sure their car is running 100% and is problem free before any service is performed. We cannot accept responsibility for faults which are present with / without the map, check engine lights, strange sounds, smoke from engine/exhaust, coolant / water leaks must be discussed before any work is done by us. We are happy to help with troubleshooting but cannot accept responsibility for previous faults your vehicle may have.

Our files are dyno tested. Stage 1 files are designed for factory components for most cars, if this is different on your car our staff will make sure you get the parts necessary before mapping.

After our software is uploaded we ask to perform a test drive to log data and ensure the software is working properly, the customer is also asked to perform a test drive to make sure they are satisfied with the performance of their vehicle.

After a test drive is performed and the customer is satisfied we do not issue refunds for software.

If for any reason a test drive is impossible we allow 24 hours to troubleshoot / provide new softare.

We always recommend customers use premium fuels, filters and oil as most of our performance software is designed to run on premium fuels. Premium oils protect the engine much more effectively than cheap ones,  the additives make a large difference, please use your OEM recommended oil or ask our team if you are unsure which kind of oil to use.

We recommend remapped vehicles are serviced every 10 thousand miles. On high performance cars servicing every 5 thousand is more appropriate. Please keep within your manufacturer service intervals. We do not accept any responsibility for damage on vehicles which are not properly maintained.

 

We do not accept any liability for engine damage if your car is running low quality fuel, oil, filters etc.
